Products and prices

Shop products (clothing and items with the Mammamia brand) are printed on demand by our production partner Printful and shipped directly by them. Prices are in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Photos are previews: colours and print position may vary slightly.

Order and payment

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. Payment is by card or the other methods offered by Stripe; Mammamia never sees or stores card details. You receive the order confirmation at the email address you provide.

Shipping

Each product is printed after the order: it usually arrives in 5–10 working days. You will receive a tracking code when the parcel ships. We currently ship within Italy.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving reasons, by writing to mammamiariccione@gmail.com. The product must be returned intact within the following 14 days; return shipping is at your expense. We refund the price and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.

Faulty products

If the product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us within 30 days with a photo: we will replace it or refund you at no cost. The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code still applies.

Personal data

To ship the order we use name, address, email and phone, shared only with Stripe (payment) and Printful (printing and shipping). More details in the privacy notice.

Governing law

Italian law applies. Consumers keep their rights under the Italian Consumer Code and the jurisdiction of their place of residence.
