Data controller

Mammamia S.r.l., Viale Maria Ceccarini 80, 47838 Riccione (RN), P.IVA 04679040404, REA 432039. Contact: mammamiariccione@gmail.com, +39 331 124 8967.

Which data and why

Through the site’s forms (parties, Social Room, karaoke, congresses, contact) we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, date, number of people and notes. We use them only to answer your request and organise the service you ask for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

If you subscribe to the newsletter we use your email and name to send you our updates, only with the consent you confirm by email (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email.

Who else sees the data

In the “Build your pizza” game you can publish your pizza to the leaderboard: we only publish the name you choose and the toppings, and we don’t ask for personal data. To prevent repeated votes and abuse we keep an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, linked to the pizza you voted for or published. Reported or offensive pizzas may be hidden or removed by our staff.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives the forms and forwards them to us by email. Karaoke bookings go through Cal.com and payments through Stripe; the newsletter is run with Brevo. These providers process data on our behalf. Table bookings happen on TheFork, under its own privacy notice.

How long

We keep requests as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months; newsletter subscribers until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, by writing to the contacts above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookie

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics that track you. It only uses what it needs to work, and remembers your language choice on your device. The Montserrat font is loaded from Google Fonts.
